The JAM Pedals Rooster LTD is a vintage-style treble booster built around military-spec CV7003 (OC44) germanium transistors, carbon composition resistors, and tropical fish capacitors. Designed to deliver classic boost tones, it responds dynamically to changes in the guitar's volume control, ranging from clean, crunchy sounds to rich overdrive. A single Level control adjusts the output, while a three-position toggle switch selects between bass, treble, and mid boost modes, providing different EQ emphases. This limited version features point-to-point wiring housed in a faux-leather enclosure. The pedal offers true bypass operation, can be powered by a 9V battery or a center-negative 9V DC adapter, and uses a positive-ground circuit requiring an isolated power supply when used with other pedals.
