Vibrato

The Diamond Vibrato is a 100% analog, true-pitch vibrato built around the classic MN3007 Bucket Brigade Device (BBD), delivering the warm, liquid modulation associated with vintage vibrato and chorus effects. This updated version retains the original analog signal path while introducing a more compact enclosure, top-mounted jacks, and soft-touch true bypass switching. An improved compandor circuit reduces the noise inherent to BBD designs while increasing clarity and preserving the pedal's dynamic response. The pedal operates from 9–18V DC, with the operating voltage influencing its character: 18V provides the cleanest sound and greatest headroom, while 9V produces a more colored, warbly modulation similar to the original pedal's High mode.
