Oxford Drive

Report incorrect information
The TKOG Oxford Drive V2 is a high-gain distortion pedal based on the circuit of a well-known 1991 shred-style distortion, expanded with more gain, more output, multiple clipping options, three voicings, soft-touch true bypass, and top-mounted jacks. The Voice switch selects ’91 for the darkest, mid-focused response, ’88 for a crisper rhythm-oriented voicing inspired by a related 1988 circuit, and ’01 for the brightest, most aggressive response based on a later shield-shaped variant. A separate clipping switch offers Silicon for the stock compressed sound, LED for a more open and louder response with a higher clipping threshold, and Asymmetrical for a silicon/LED hybrid with greater dynamics and a warmer, fuller character.
