The Mr. Black Black LTD. Challenger Deep is a limited-edition digital reverb pedal designed by Jack Deville, built around an all-new reverb architecture capable of producing everything from subtle ambience to extremely long, evolving reverb tails. Instead of emphasizing bright, space-inspired reverbs, it is voiced to create fluid, continuously shifting reflections with a deep, immersive character. The Wet/Dry control functions as a lossless mixer, allowing anything from a fully dry to a 100% wet signal, while Distance adjusts the perceived spacing between the dry signal and the reverb, and Decay sets the depth and duration of the reverberation. It features true bypass, can be powered by either a 9V battery or 9V DC supply, and was released as a Black LTD. edition limited to 59 individually produced units.
