Centura (Black)

The Ceriatone Centura is an overdrive and clean boost pedal based on the Klon Centaur circuit. Designed to enhance the tone and capability of an amplifier, it is intended to be used with an amp that is already near breakup and can provide transparent clean boost or smooth overdrive depending on the settings. At low gain it functions as a clean boost, while higher gain settings introduce overdrive. The controls adjust Gain, Treble, and Output, with the Output acting as a clean boost when set above unity. Compared to vintage units, the Output control has a slightly different taper, requiring a slightly higher setting to reach the same level at lower positions. The pedal can be powered by an internal 9V battery or an external 9V DC power supply with a positive-center connector using the supplied adapter.
