Bad Mood is a limited-edition stereo ambient effects pedal from Chase Bliss, built around two interconnected channels that encourage experimental, unpredictable sound design. Rather than focusing on conventional delay or reverb, it combines looping, pitch manipulation, and ambient textures into an interactive stereo experience. It features two stereo channels that can influence each other, allowing you to create evolving soundscapes, radio-like loops, fractured harmonies, and intentionally chaotic ambient effects. Inspired by the workflow of the MOOD MKII, it emphasizes spontaneous exploration over precise control, making it well suited for ambient, experimental, post-rock, electronic music, and sound design. As part of Chase Bliss's Small Batch Bliss program, Bad Mood is produced only during a limited preorder window. Every preorder is fulfilled, so there is no fixed production limit or risk of the pedal selling out during that period.
