Flanger/Doubler

The MXR Flanger/Doubler recreates the original MXR rack unit in pedal form with all-analog bucket-brigade circuitry. Flanger mode delivers everything from smooth modulation to aggressive jet-like sweeps, while Doubler mode creates a slightly offset second signal for thick double-tracked, chorus-like, and short slapback textures. Manual, Width, Speed, Regen, and Mix control the delay position, sweep range, modulation rate, feedback, and wet/dry balance. An Invert switch reverses the wet signal polarity for additional phase textures. CV In/Out provides external control, while the Input Level switch accommodates instrument and line-level signals. The original rack unit is notably associated with Dimebag Darrell and his wide, doubled guitar sound.
