Hammerhead Compressor

The Krozz Devices Hammerhead is a VCA-based compressor designed for precise dynamic control across guitar, bass, keyboards and other instruments. Its compression circuit can smooth volume peaks, increase sustain and add punch while retaining clarity. A Blend control mixes the compressed and dry signals for parallel compression and can also help configure the pedal for clean-boost applications. Attack adjusts how quickly compression responds, allowing anything from a more natural dynamic response to a tighter, snappier attack. A three-position Voice switch provides Bright, Normal and Dark tonal responses, while the Filter control shapes the signal before it reaches the compressor. An internal Clipping trimpot adjusts input level to prevent unwanted distortion.
