The Sonicake Vexpress is a compact passive volume and expression pedal that combines both functions in a single unit and automatically detects its operating mode. In Volume mode, it functions as a conventional passive volume pedal with 100 kΩ input impedance. For expression control, the input is left disconnected and the output is connected to a compatible device using a stereo 1/4-inch cable, providing 10 kΩ potentiometer resistance. Its smooth taper allows continuous control of compatible parameters, and it can be used with guitar, bass, keyboards, synthesizers and controllers. The Vexpress requires no battery or external power,
