Model T150 Preamp

The Model T150 Preamp is an analog preamp pedal inspired by the first-generation Sunn Model T amplifier. It recreates the original amp’s dual-channel architecture with independent Brite and Normal gain controls, which can be combined for increased saturation and harmonic content. A three-band Bass, Mid and Treble EQ provides additional tone shaping for guitar or bass. The original amplifier’s tube gain stages are recreated using low-noise op-amp stages voiced to reproduce its frequency response, gain structure and dynamic characteristics. An internally boosted power supply provides high output, headroom and strong signal levels, allowing the T150 to run into an amplifier input, FX return or directly into a power amp.
