Fuzz Lands

The Fuzz Lands is an analog fuzz pedal combining JFET, germanium and silicon transistors in a circuit inspired by classic Fuzz Face and Tone Bender designs. It features Volume and Fuzz controls, with Fuzz adjusting both transistor bias and gain. Three toggle switches provide additional tonal options: Roots selects Vintage mode, bypassing the JFET input stage for lower gain and greater guitar-volume sensitivity, or Modern mode for increased saturation and gated textures. Earth adjusts the input frequency range, offering tighter, more focused tones or thicker bass response. The three-position Nature switch modifies transistor voltage feedback, producing gated, smooth or nasal fuzz characteristics. The pedal responds dynamically to picking intensity and guitar volume adjustments. It operates from a 9V DC center-negative supply, drawing less than 5 mA.
