Poppy

The Poppy Clean Booster is a compact clean boost pedal designed for increasing volume, shaping tone, or driving amplifiers and other pedals harder. Although powered by a standard 9V supply, it internally increases the voltage to 18V to provide additional clean headroom. The pedal features three controls: Boost, Frequency, and Bump. The Boost control adjusts the overall output level, while the Bump control increases a selected frequency range. The Frequency control determines which part of the frequency spectrum is emphasized, allowing anything from a midrange boost to a brighter, treble-focused response. With its combination of clean gain and adjustable frequency emphasis, the Poppy can be used as a solo boost, tone-shaping tool, or front-end booster for overdrives and amplifiers.
