Preamp Seafoam

The Preamp is an amp-inspired boost and drive pedal based on the preamp section of the Chimera 30-watt guitar amplifier. Instead of vacuum tubes, it uses FET transistors to recreate the response, harmonic content, and EQ characteristics of the original amplifier circuit in pedal form. Designed to function as a clean boost, overdrive, or fuzz-like gain stage depending on the settings and incoming signal level, it emphasizes dynamic response and amp-like behavior rather than a specific distortion character.
