The Kingtone Vibe-1968 is an all-analog modulation pedal inspired by the 1968 Honey Vibe and designed to recreate classic Uni-Vibe-style chorus, vibrato, phase, and rotary speaker effects. Using a traditional photocell and incandescent bulb design, it delivers the swirling and throbbing modulation associated with vintage vibe units. A key feature is its dual-channel architecture, with two fully independent sets of vibe settings that can be switched on the fly. Each channel includes controls for Rate, Depth, Chorus/Vibrato, Bulb, Symmetry, and Mix, while transitions between settings can be smoothly ramped for more natural modulation changes. Additional controls allow adjustment of ramp speed, minimum and maximum modulation rates, overall depth, and output level. The pedal maintains a 100% analog audio path and operates from a standard 18V DC power supply.
