OD-2R Turbo OverDrive

The Boss OD-2R Turbo OverDrive is an overdrive/distortion pedal that expands on the original OD-2 with a wider range of gain and switching options. Level, Tone, and Drive controls adjust the output, EQ, and amount of overdrive, while the Turbo control selects between the standard overdrive mode and a higher-gain Turbo circuit that ranges from mildly gritty overdrive to heavy distortion. With the Turbo circuit engaged, the pedal is also capable of producing pronounced amplifier-like feedback. A Remote jack allows an optional Boss FS-5L footswitch to switch the Turbo mode on and off remotely. The OD-2R can be powered by a 9V battery or a Boss PSA-series AC adapter, and features the standard Boss buffered switching system with a battery check indicator.
