Moon Op Amp Fuzz

The Keeley Moon Op Amp Fuzz is a high-gain op-amp fuzz inspired by the fuzz circuit in Keeley's Dark Side pedal, but extensively redesigned for significantly more gain, low-end response, and harmonic richness. Built around a quad op-amp with four gain stages, it produces massive sustain, thick bass, and feedback-rich fuzz suitable for both guitar and bass. The pedal features Level, Filter, and Fuzz controls, with the Filter offering a wide, highly usable sweep, plus a three-position EQ switch providing Scooped Mids, Flat, and Full Range voicings for extensive tonal shaping. Compared to the Dark Side and Rotten Apple circuits, the Moon rearranges the gain stages, adds bass without sacrificing headroom, and reworks the tone circuit for greater flexibility. The result is an aggressive "wall of sound" fuzz capable of everything from dense rhythm tones to harmonically rich lead sounds.
